世界已知近40种，至1991年中国已报道近30种。叶、枝、茎、果均为害的有褐纹病、绵疫病、晚疫病(Phytophthorainbestans)，菌核病(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum)，灰霉病(S.buckeliana)。为害叶或主要为害叶的有早疫病(Alternaria solani)，褐斑病(Cercorpora melonge-nae，C.solani-melongenae)，白粉病(Sphaerothecabuliginea)，Leveillula taurica，Erysiphe cichor-acearum)，轮纹病(Ascochyta melongenae)，斑枯病(Septoria melongenae，S.lycopersici)，黑斑病(Alternaria tenuis)，叶霉病(Fulvia fulva)等。为害茎基或根的有猝倒病、立枯病、白绢病(Athelia rolfsii)，根结线虫病(Meloidogyne incognita，Meloidogynesp.)。为害花的有花腐病(Choanephora cucurlitar-um)。为害果的有炭疽病(Glomeulla cingulata ......
